My plan of care is clinical, but personal. I assess, we identify goals, and actual steps toward those goals through practice and intervention. You are the main character in your life story, I play a supporting role.

A session with me looks and feels like an outlet, but also a learning opportunity to understand and utilize skills to manage everyday stressors, symptoms, and thrive in your day to day. My role is to help you gain insight into the thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, and to guide you toward solutions that feel realistic and doable in your daily life.
